New Balance Open Day 2025
New Balance partnered with milk&black to create a flagship Open Day experience in Lisbon, bringing the brand’s Modern Craftsmanship concept to life. The project combined creative direction, event production, strategic communication, and influencer marketing into a fully integrated brand experience.
Journalists, creators, and key opinion leaders were brought together through curated spaces, storytelling, and live activations, reinforcing New Balance’s positioning at the intersection of culture, design, and performance, with strong digital amplification.


Project Management & Influencer Marketing
Super Bock Digital Stage
milk&black was responsible for the curation and management of the Super Bock Digital Stage at Rock in Rio Lisboa 2022 and 2024, a platform created to extend the festival experience into the digital ecosystem.
The project involved the coordination of hundreds of talents across multiple moments and formats, combining booking, management, on-site supervision, and digital amplification to strengthen the connection between the brand, the audience, and the live experience.

Highgate Portugal
Highgate Portugal partnered with milk&black to develop an integrated digital and content strategy for a portfolio of 14 hotel units and food & beverage services. Our approach ensured consistency across brands and platforms, while respecting the identity of each concept.
Through influencer marketing, digital strategy, and content production, the project strengthened presence, visibility, and positioning across multiple audiences and touchpoints.

Fidelidade — NOS Alive on TikTok
During NOS Alive, milk&black led guest management and real-time content production to support Fidelidade’s presence on TikTok and Instagram. Strategy and on-site execution ensured agile, platform-native storytelling throughout the festival.
By combining live experience, creator activation, and digital content, the project reinforced brand proximity, relevance, and visibility in a high-impact cultural context.

Casa do Mundial
sport tv
Casa do Mundial was the first major get-together hosted by sport tv and organized by milk&black, bringing together around 200 guests, including influencers and public figures.
The immersive concept reinforced sport tv’s positioning as the home of the Qatar World Cup 2022, combining football, nostalgia, and emotion to drive engagement, connection, and strong digital amplification at a key moment for the brand.


Strategic Communication & Influencer Marketing
PLAY — Prémios da Música Portuguesa
A strategic press and influencer marketing approach designed to bring artists and media closer together. The 7th edition of the PLAY Awards generated over 500 media mentions across Portugal’s leading national outlets.
milk&black led the invitation and management of key music industry profiles, present at both the official press conference and the awards ceremony, strengthening visibility, reach, and cultural relevance.
Design
Branding Amaris Clinic
milk&black developed the visual identity for Amaris Clinic, a new aesthetic medicine clinic positioned at the intersection of art, beauty, and confidence.
Inspired by a human-centered approach to aesthetics, the branding translates balance, sophistication, and sensitivity into a contemporary visual language, designed to build trust and emotional connection.
